Wolverine 2016 problem

hi, i have a wolverine 2016 8mm scanner. on super 8 it has a snowy screen and saves the same, 8mm normal. after problem, i updated firmware, no change. can anyone help - thanks rod

Hi Rodney, could you please post a picture so we can see what you mean exactly? Is the flat white bed underneath clean? I find a lot of dirt will fall down and dirty the final scan

Are you saying that it does this with super 8 only and regular 8 is OK?
