Compared to the reels, that is a very small 35mm projector! Shoot, I could handle one that size! 😃

The portable 35mm machines are a big plus at film-conventions. They open up all sorts of possibilities that otherwise are out of reach.

I know a few 35mm collectors, and they have my respect: to me they are like the people at a model-plane club that also have pilot's licenses!

-but I'm prospecting for storage space even with 16, so that's going to be my upper limit.

(Of course ten years ago I said the same thing about 8mm...so...)

This 35mm projector belongs to Nigel Lister. He bought it new from Italy. The model is a Cinemec LH 400.

Last projection of the day finished very late. My hotel is about 45 minutes walk from the convention, so a little bit hard, but I was lucky : it started raining a lot after I reached my room.
