Hello,

Some General Yak. We recently acquired two guinea pigs, Floofle and Caramel and have just managed to cut their toenails for the first time. No mean feat when they are moving about and as other guinea pig owners will know it’s tricky. Anyway a picture of them below. I have just got to teach them to thread a Super 8 projector!

My kids, my wife and I never managed to teach those Guineas any tricks beyond driving a car.

(okay, we only managed to teach one of them to stay long enough in the static toy car to take a photo. All others jumped off the car within a split second. )

Have fun with your Guinea pigs.

BTW: we usually needed three persons when cutting the claws: one to hold the pig, one to hold the leg and one to use the special scissors.
