New documentary about Lumière films

In 2016, Thierry Frémaux made the documentary "Lumière, l'aventure commence" (Lumière, the adventure starts). It was made of early...Lumière films. A sequel has been made "Lumière, l'aventure continue" (Lumière, the adventure carries on) and will be in the cinemas (in France) on the 19th March.

Thanks for that notification! Seeing these early "everyday life" films by these people are an incredible window into a time that we can only imagine but visit thru these wonderful films, and the films have been so lovingly restored!
