The scenario:
A highly stacked shrink wrapped palette was being pushed in an aisle between glass fronted chiller cabinets. It was listing to one side by a concerning amount, to the extent that I warned the two members of staff of the impending danger, especially if this crashed on a customer.
If they ignored your concerns, what would you do?
I will post the outcome later which, defies belief.
