Having never heard of the film, I just checked out the trailer. Now I can't wait to see it!

Most of the time, this anime is a serious love-letter about the movies and their production.
However, sometimes the film turns into a comedy. This includes the „over acting“ that is typical for many Japanese animated comedies. I didn’t like these comedy-parts. But maybe that is only a sign of my age?!
Nevertheless, I would recommend this movie to all movie-buffs.
