He was spot on Steve regarding the title of the video, after spending ten years working in a projection room, he is right, that you tend to be forgotten his story of the bomb scare as an example

There are just certain jobs that the better they are done, the more invisible they are. People take it for granted the lights will come on when they throw the switch, or that the water from the tap comes out clear. They have no idea how how much skill, planning and effort goes into making these things happen, and until the water is gray or it's too dark to see it, they don't even think about it.
