Are there many Canadian Members?

Hi All,
I have some pieces of equipment and some misc films I am thinking of selling that are not being used much or any longer, but are great. I simply have too much for what I need, but because some are projectors, I am hoping to see if there are any Canadian buyers first. I am not limiting any sales whatever, anyone can purchase...I just thought given the current environment with slow shipping and cost/weight, I would ask if any interest in Canada first. I will make a list shortly of what i have and conditions and put in the For Sale section, but in the meanwhile, are there any other Canadians on this forum looking any equipment? Anyone live near me to save on shipping altogether?

Hi Pat,
I will definitely keep you in mind! Currently, I have some 'starter' super 8 silent digest and such, but I may start to offload some of the films one day. They are hard to part with. I know you have downsized before so you know how it feels

Hi Burton! I know the longer term members here like yourself from Canada...
We must be few in number. There are lots with super 8/8mm leftover from when they were kids...but not many collectors in Canada i think.
I am going to take some pics very soon of some equipment.

ps: I just bought 2 items(orange oil i use for cleaner and air freshener) from the US yesterday. The items cost we about $100. I am curious to see when it shows up to see how much shipping has really changed from US to Canada or viceversa.

Wow. My shipment from the US arrived today(Aug 13). That is 5 days to my door. Very impressive!

I am still waiting on an order from Steve Osborne mailed Aug 5th. Still hasn't arrived as of the Aug 14th. Normally about 10 days.
