JAWS - 35mm COMPLETE FEATURE FILM! THE HEAD, THE TAIL THE WHOLE DAMN! | eBay

  • #2
OK, I have no problem with that, but they flagged my "adult trailers" reel" that didn't have a single naughty word, and wouldn't let me sell it. So, I guess "damn" is appropriate.

By the way folks the photo shown is not taken from the 35mm print for sale. Its nothing more than a Universal pictures production photo you can find anywhere on the internet...... the exact same as this one below.

If you want to watch "JAWS" I would recommend getting the fully restored 4K/blu-ray second hand for around $15 dollars.

Being a poor old retired pensioner I cant afford it however in saying that, if I won a million dollars with our weekly Lotto ticket I certainly would

We all dream to win at the lottery. In Europe, it's called "Euromillions" and the minimum amount for the 7 numbers (actually, 5 numbers and two "stars") is 17 millions € (29 millions to win on Friday 20th, since nobody won last time).

And this is a very disguised way of telling it is probably a beet red print: "This film was recently screened and its condition is commensurate with its age (as is every feature film sold/offered on eBay)"

...and crucially a seller with NO feedback whatsoever!

                  Does it include the theater?

By gosh, if I am charging a high starting bid for an item. I have photographic evidence that they are getting good color at least. Whoever buys this, as the auction stands, deserves to be screwed.

Listing has now ended with not one bid.
Well, it was to start at US $10,000.

Actually, this fellow has been relisting this for quite awhile. The next time he relists it, I think I'll suggest he checks out what 35mm features go for as a general rule, otherwise, he'll probably not sell it.

It's a crap print. He just keeps listing it over and over. His original listing actually had photos of the faded and scratched up film. When people started emailing him telling him he was way, way out of a reasonable price range for what he had, he took down the photos that showed how bad the film was and in speaking with other 35mm collectors we found he has the world's shortest fuse when someone tells him that he actually DOESN'T have gold there.

I even sent him a super polite FYI email and got absolutely blasted so hard with his anger it was quite funny. Maybe when enough people tell him what he doesn't want to hear he will realize it's NOT a conspiracy and that he doesn't actually have "the only copy" of the movie left on the planet.

Honestly, that print he has from what I saw on the original photos is worth MAYBE $200.

Anyway, total nutbag there with zero film experience and he knows damn good and well his print is faded and scratched up (hence him refusing to show photos anymore), but if you want a good laugh at his extreme level of overreaction, send him an email. LOL

Well, he must have been listening or he has friends on this forum, as he put new shots up there, gloriously putting out there, for all to see the fade to his JAWS! That'll bring the bucks in!
