How do I edit/delete a post?

I am trying to edit or delete a post. How do I do this?

HI Paul

From my experience on this Forum , you can edit your post within a certain time table ( especially right away after posting ) but you cannot delete something once you post it . You must send a PM to Doug Meltzer , the ADMIN. guy , to request that and he can also edit for you too) .

The only "delete" you can do yourself is edit to a blank post - if you are in time.
