Well it certainly has been as well as screening the excellent Derann 600ft release of A Blustery Day, screen shots below from a previous one. I landed up screening "Goodbye Christopher Robin" not just once last night, but had a request to do it today.
"Goodbye Christopher Robin" is truly an amazing story of how "Winnie The Pooh" came about. Its certainly a touching story, and in many ways quite a sad one, on the effects of fame on his young son. The film itself was shot on location in the actual forest and the bridge shown, is the real one.
The film is a real delight to watch, brilliant acting by all concerned, you may come away with different thoughts on "Winnie The Pooh" the creators, from A.A Milne's slow recovery from the effects of WW1 to his relationship with his young son Christopher Robin Milne, and the discovery they made on the way along the 100 acre wood.
The 600ft reel of Blustery Day.
The Blu-ray....
