How Ebay searching works nowadays?

It's been more than 7 years I did not buy anything from Ebay, so perhaps there was a change in their seacrh engine.

I have this article: https://www.ebay.de/itm/185535345945

As per-title you can see this is "2x Super 8, Martial Arts 70er Jahre Kung Fu Sturmstaffel, Teil 1 und 3, vintage"

Now, if we put on Ebay.de seach box these keywords: Martial Arts 70er Jahre Kung Fu Sturmstaffel, it did not come up with anything. Why?

An eBay.de search worked for me in the UK, however, an eBay.co.uk search returned nothing.
My guess is you’re experiencing the issues you outline because this item is only available for purchase in Germany and therefore search restricted to Germany only?

Thanka Rick.. yes you are right in the shipping options page it says:

Ships : German
Exclude: Russia, Ukraine

now I am confused, if it is shipped (only) to German why there is a need to list the excluded countries?
