Gina Lollobrigida has departed at 95. Apart from Solomon and Sheba can’t really recall any other decent movie that she graced.

Sophia Loren and her had a feud that went on for decades so don’t expect kind words from Sophia. Gina also had the hots for Rock Hudson and couldn’t understand why he didn’t fall for her charms.

Funny until this point all the screen sirens were intact. Sophia Loren, Raquel Welch, Bridgette Bardot, Claudia Cardinale and Ursula Andress still in the wings.

Her name was sent up in the Tweety and Sylvester cartoon "A Pizza Tweety Pie" in a canal sign warning for a low bridge.(Lowerda Bridgeda). A sign of her popularity at the time.
