I hope we will get to see a few photographs of the event, the place, our Australian colleagues, the films for sale, just as we do for Blackpool and Cinesea as there are a LOT of us in the rest of the world who would have attended barring the distance from us !

Below some more images of the Australian CATHS Film & Collectables Fair.

I also had a good time, talking to people and catching up with collector friends. I had a table and sales during the market were ok. And I managed to buy a few items for my own collection.

The auction at the end, however, was a bit disappointing. Some people had already left and the remaining ones were mainly older collectors, who did not seem to be interested in buying more film. Some lots did not even get sold, and others went very cheaply.

But all in all, the market was successful. And the organisers were happy with the result and are already planning for next year.
