Personally i do not care if DVD , Blu - Ray or 4K discs and their production were to cease overnight . All the more reason to cherish and enjoy the movies that we already own and project on actual film . I know i will never subscribe to any streaming service for movies or music regardless what the future may bring .
I agree David. While I do own a lot of DVD and Blu-ray, I'll never sign up to a streaming service. Except for the rare exceptions these days ( new Indy film, for instance), I don't really see anything on the horizon that I would want, and whether it is on digital media or on Film, I literally already have everything I could possibly want. Truth be told .. I have too much.
Osi i feel the same . I already have nearly everything i want on any format . In fact i think i am now ready to downsize everything i own due to my age . A reality check is that i really do not have enough time or life left in me to watch , listen or read all items in my collections all over again .
