Hey everybody! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I should hope that you all will enjoy this holiday! Being it's Thanksgiving, what are you thankful for today? I am thankful for my kids, who show me my inadequacies, but that helps me to be a better daddy, my wife, who actually puts up with my insane film hobby, and my God, without which I wouldn't exist, period. Happy Thanksgiving!

Waking up with a Pulse is a good start. For me it would be our beleaguered NHS. When it really matters, some of the highest level of treatment with some of the best medics in the world at some of the best facilities anywhere is available free at the "point of treatment". I'm 5 weeks on from a triple heart bypass, performed by one of the world's leading cardio surgeons at one of the finest specialist centres in Europe. Post op support has been excellent.
Add in the love and support of my adorable wife and a whole load of cr@p gets put firmly in perspective especially when the diagnosis was completely unexpected.
Like many, you think these things happen to others, never yourself. I make no apologies for a somewhat emotional reply. Never take good health for granted.
