  • RSS support?

    Hello all,

I'd like to keep tabs on posts here on the 8mm Forum but would find it much more convenient to do so via my RSS reader, rather than manually coming to the site. RSS is a protocol which basically lets you follow as many websites as you like in one place, using an RSS reader like NewsBlur, Feedly, or many others. Basically, updates from websites come to you, rather than you going to look for them, and all of this automatically. I follow RSS feeds for anything from news websites to to blogs to YouTube channels to email lists. As far as I understand vBulletin supports RSS if an admin enables the option.

How about it? (Or have I simply not discovered the RSS url?)

    Daniel,

You should see the RSS icon next to the name of the main forum and each sub-forum.

      Dear Douglas,
      Many thanks, that works perfectly!

If anyone wants to try this out, I thought I'd put together a list of free and open source feed readers to get you going:
      - NetNewsWire (macOS and iOS)
      - Mozilla Thunderbird (Windows, macOS, Linux...)
      - RSS Guard (Windows, macOS, Linux...)
      - Feeder (Android)
      - Liferea (Linux)
