Hi, so I have many boxes of 16mm films that I'd like to sell.
All are in good condition (that have been looked at) so far. I have an idea of what some are worth, others I'm not so sure, so if anyone would like to chime in or offer prices for some or all feel free.

I'd prefer not to deal with Ebay but I guess some would do better there. Films are located in Middletown NY.

Box2 = $80 or best offer
Snow Boy
Titanic: A Question of Murder
Bamboo Brush
Wanted: The Perfect Guy
Castle
Mysteries of the Deep
Jack of Hearts
Pick me up at Peggy's Cove

Box 9 = $200 Sale Pending
"I Have A Dream" The Life of Martin Luther King
Sad Clowns (Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton)
Koalas: Out On A Limb
Kitty Hawk to Paris
Winnie The Pooh and The Honey Tree
Marylin Monroe (2reels: pt.1 and pt.2)
Snakes, Scorpions and Spiders

Box 1 = $70 or best offer
The Pigeon That Worked A Miracle (2 reels)
Loves Me Loves Me Not
The Big Dance
The Great Race
The Cap
Man Who Planted Trees
Henry's Decision

Box 4 = $90 or best offer

Red Ballon (yes that one)
Yellowstone Cubs (2 reels)
Seal Island (walt disney buena vista)

Box 10 = $600 Sale Pending

BT Box = $600 Sale Pending
Guess Who's Coming to Dinner (3 BIG Reels)
Fame (4 BIG Reels)
The Godfather (the first one) 175 min. (5 BIG Reels)
Cannon Ball 28 min.
Freaky Friday (walt disney)
Amazing Cosmic Awareness of Duffy Moon
The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (2 Reels)
Casey Draws the Line
Little Lost Dog
Revenge of the Nerd (not Nerds)

Buyer pays shipping or can pick up. If using paypal you add the 3% fee it takes from me. I can also take cash, money order, bank check and bank wires, that is my real name and real address.

I have pictures of containers and film. Some have original inserts like descriptions, run times etc. or teacher instructions for "class discussion topics and questions to ask" for before and after the film, pretty interesting.
some nature, some documentary, some educational, some shorts and some actual real theatrical releases as you may have read.

I have a 16mm Bell and Howell Projector (#1592 sound projector) but I don't really have anywhere to put it up and test things.
If someone really wants I could try to put up test runs on youtube or something.

I'll post more films eventually (hopefully within a few weeks) Tell your friends, let me know.

Thank you for your time.

With all do respect George, you should post prices with your films. This is not Ebay and it's up to you to set prices on all your films. The "buy the box" idea is not a good one. You would do better to post a title with a price and it's condition. It doesn't take that much room to set the projector on a table or chair and just run a few feet of film to see the condition. It may be a pain it the butt to do but it's the best way to see films. In the long run you will have happy buyers and less problems. Good luck with your sales.

You are right and I am sorry. I have put some prices on the boxes, not individual films. I did the box thing so most movies find a new home, not just a few ones.

Dear Gerald Santana..

I appreciate your concern.. sorry for taking a while to get back to you (and others), but I've been busy with my mom who has stage 4 cancer, (not been arrested, thanks). They think the cancer is in the liver but the biopsy was inconclusive as to the origin.. the dr.'s are useless.

This is also why I listed them in boxes vs. individual films.
I'm not 100% sure what the value is/was so I listed it like that to save time from a post of "what is this worth?" and then a "for sale" post (to answer question/comments about that).
Need to pay for medical bills and most likely a funeral in the future. Hopefully not but lets be realistic.
My mom has no life insurance and is a music teacher, she taught children privately at these little pop up music training school's here and there (sometimes just a place for busy parents to dump their kids after school). Needless to say she didn't make that much and was usually paid in cash or 1099'ed. No benefits, no retirement, no pension etc. She gave lessons for free a lot of the time too, if the kid was actually interested but the family didn't have the money, she could relate. My dad has not worked or earned a paycheck since 1988? ish.. so yea there's that too.

If you are insinuating this sale is a "fraud" why would I use my real name and address?? why would I offer and encourage people to look and pickup in PERSON? >> ugh...

1. There is more than one George Ponzoni in middletown (you should google that as well??)

2. you'll notice that the one "news story" says arrested for and then alleged, and then the other story (the one you posted) they have is, a possible plea for something completely different, and if not by such and such date nothing. then you'll notice, nothing.. they got that one wrong, 7 years ago wrong I'm afraid, but that paper sucks so good luck getting any correction.

Either way / anyway not a scam. movies for sale. please come in person. You can also see my mom on her deathbed, it'll be fun..

thanks.

I can scan in medical documents too if you want..

I thought the 16mm site was bad having to resize pictures to 256kb.. I'm having sooooo much fun re-sizing things to less than 200kb and then finding out they ALSO need to be less than 550 pixels wide (why is this?)
Then I can only attaching them via upload to a server (which actually I find cool like old school ftp) but it only lets you link 8 pictures to a post? true I guess how many pictures do you normally need but this seems like a silly thing.

I find it ironic you tried to low ball me with a $600 offer for every film I have and are the one posting links like that.. who is the real crook here?

enjoy.

movies are stored vertically, just opened like that for pictures
I would post more... but I can only post 8 pictures?! and I can't post again, it says "you cannot reply to yourself so quickly, try editing" haha, oh man.
