I much prefer to purchase my films by having a conversation about them first just to check certain aspects for quality. Mailing involves many delays I find.

You surprised me there with your stats Paul. I Have never in my life ordered a film by e-mail from a dealer.
Always by phone.

I can see how this service would benefit oversees buyers, but not those within the UK

I dont think anyone needs to have a concern about quality of films
purchased from Paul. I have in the past returned a film that I was disappointed with and received a full refund with no questions asked, but all other films I bought have been excellent quality and condition.

I used emails to order from Paul for years never had a problem and I'm not even part of the 99%. You only phone dealers if you want a discount [Razz]

A phone number would also be useful in my case, for two main reasons. First, because I can check with you the availability and condition of titles I am interested in.
Second and most important, I am reluctant to include in a
E/mail my credit card details. It is too risky. All the best.
