Here's a seller who has either had one (or five!) too many pints before listing his/her films OR else they're absolutely bonkers. Browse through the film descriptions and you'll see what I mean:

Is that a Handle I detect on the rear spool holder. Must be a bit tedious having to turn that for a 1200ft spool of film

Hang on... Considering that the 938 has a 800ft capacity, and despite the wide angle used to take that pic, these arms seem awfully big for 1200 ft spools. Could they accomodate 2200ft? Obviously, these are rewinds of some sort, hence the handle. But, is it my eyes or is there a belt connecting the original take-up spindle to the bottom of the frankensteinized extra large arm?

Thought this was a bit OTT. If this is what the Universal 200ft silents are worth then I made a huge loss when I sold some of mine

That Eumig S938 sure looks interesting... but judging from the length of those arms (they look suspiciously like Elmo 1200ft rewinds if you ask me), that thing probably had the capacity for 6000ft. super-8 reels (if they had ever existed, that is)!
But look at the supply reel "attachment" ... it looks like it should snap off the moment you breathe at it. Personally I'd trust a TOOTHPICK more to carry a large reel filled with film than I would THIS arrangement.

Looks like an old slide projector, the system that uses rolls instead of single slides ("35mm vues fixes"). Or it is a meat grinder. Or both.
