Being from America - I'd love to know what a "dayset" is and who are Pearl & Dean?

A Dayset are titles that are placed before a trailer. I.E. "Showing All Next Week", or "Coming Soon". Often these are known by projectionists as Day Titles.
Pearl & Dean are a supplier of cinema commercials to be shown before the feature film
