If I have old film that is faded to the point of being non showable, is there a recommended method to remove the emulsion so the film can be used as clear leader/trailer? I was thinking just soaking it in warm water should soften the emulsion to the point where it could just be wiped off. Am I way off base on this? Would there be a way to coat the film with a colored product to make it a non-clear leader? Thanks, John
