I found an undeveloped Super 8 cartridge with my family's reels. It is from 1985. Is there a chance that it can still be processed? Who could do this and what should I expect to pay for this experiment?

What kind of film is it?
Also: does the film showing in the cartridge's aperture say "exposed"?
