Anyone know if there is a full print (feature) of the ten commandment on super 8? Its almost 3.5 hours so that would take more than 3 1200ft reels.
I know the Marketing 3 reels abridged print – this is equals to a 50ft abridged made from a 90 mins movie.

Indeed Marketting release the full feature film with intermission (I don't know if overture, intermission and end music is include ). And I think that the colors were brilliant, like technicolor. I've seen the full feature film 2 or 3 times on sale on ebay.

agree, this Marketing print was much like the "War of the Worlds" print, in that the color was very saturated and by far outdid the VHS and Laserdisc copies. It has only been rivaled by the very recent restorations on DVD and Blu-ray, but it'[s still something to see on actual film on the big screen, and quite sharp as well and of course, that nice letterboxing.

Moshe,
This is from a 1982 Red Fox catalog:
I've never seen a copy of this print for sale in the US. To compare prices, the other Marketing/Paramount features of standard length sold for $300.00.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but as a 3 year old I saw this on the silver screen, and it was responsible for my interest in the cinema; can you imagine how it was for a small boy watching the lightning burning the Ten Commandments into the tablets, and watching the parting of the Red Sea. I now have it on DVD. The only other film that made such an impression on me was Jason and the Argonauts, with effects by Ray Harryhausen.
