Motor runs, but forward and reverse doesn't work. When opening the projector, and looking at the configuration, I can't figure out if any belts need replacing OR adding. Anyone with experience with this particular model greatly appreciated.

Your video was out of focus and very shaky making it difficult to see any detail in the back. I'm not familiar with that projector, but your motor doesn't seem to be the problem and the orange motor belt appears to be moving the lower gears and the fan. I'm not sure, it was a bit fuzzy, but it looked like there were two pulleys at the top one on the supply arm side and one on the take-up arm side. If so, it might be missing a belt connected to those pulleys. If not maybe posting a sharper picture or video will allow us to give a better accessment.
