Can you help me? I would like to know what should the projector speed (18 or 24 fps) for digital film conversion?

Ousama...you will need a variable speed projector to do film transfers. Neither 18fps nor 24fps will give you a flicker-free image. You to adjust the speed to approximately 20fps to sync with your camcorder.
