I nearly owned one similar to this type of projector, I won it on a New Zealand auction site and when it arrived I put a tape in and pressed paly with the film being projected at the same time,but the tape wouldn't play or fast forward or rewind.
So,I took it to a friend to look at and the whole of the cassette mechanism was gone and wires cut etc....basically it was ruined!
I was disappointed but decided to keep looking for a working one for my collection,that was years ago so,I'm not holding out too much hope of owning one.
But at least I know that they exist and nearly owning one 🙂
