Just sold this unit on Ebay. Mint condition and working fine. Arrived in fine condition but buyer says picture can be barely seen on screen because it is so dark. Any idea what the problem could be?

Do you have a link Barry? Hard to know without seeing the pic online. If the pic was bright when you posted it...then it could be viewer monitor. Windows images tend to be darker than images on a MAC.

Sorry Barry...it wasn't clear to me that you were talking about the projector. Did the projected image look unusually dark when you tested it?

Barry Sounds like a try-on to me. Have you dealt with this buyer before? How is his Feedback? Unless the lamp is on its last legs, or moved during transit.

I've never dealt with him before. His feedback is fine. Here is a poor video of the projector that I embedded in the Ebay ad. I made the video the day before I ran the ad. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-cHqbphvFYE

From your video the projected image looks pretty bright to me Barry. Of course it's at a short distance. If the buyer was trying to project from a much longer distance of course it would be darker and the film might be very dark. It's only a 150W bulb on that projector. There's lot of variables and non might be linked to the projector itself. I think sometimes buyers expectations are not always realistic.

Yes, you are correct Janice. His statement was he could barely see the image. I have not heard from him today. It would be helpful if he could provide a video of the projector light on the screen without film.
