I'm verry fond of the wartime Donald Duck propaganda films and would love to have "Donald Duck in nazi land" on 8mm.
Does anybody know if this movie was ever released on 8mm?

Hi, "Der Furher's Face" an excellent Donald Duck propaganda short from Disney does show up from time to time on used lists. Poor Donald wakes up and makes a cup of coffee from his one bean on a string before setting off to work in a munitions factory. We see him struggle as the work load gets harder and harder until he can take no more. He collapses from the strain only to wake up in the good old USA. It was all a horrible dream! A great catchy song is featured in this cartoon and it makes a nice companion to "The Seven Wise Dwarfs". Is this the film you are looking for? Best wishes, Paul.
According to a discription I have der Fuehrers Face takes place in what is revered to as "Nutzi Land". It is indeed the same movie
It was first released on 1 januari 1943, and received an Academy Award for best short animation on a specific subject in 1942-1943. The song that was used in the film became famous on its own: it became a hit when Spike Jones played it.
It is nice to know that this film actualy does show up on lists
There is more Donald wartime material I'm interested in:
1942: The new Spirit Donald gets drafted The vanishing private Sky trooper
1943: Der Feuhrer's face Fall out - Fall in The old army game Home defence The spirit of '43 (remake of The new spirit)
1944: Commando Duck
There's probably more, but this is as far as my knowledge goes. I would love to get my hands on these (oh boy, oh boy!)
