I am looking for a way to view a 1600 ft reel of 16 mm film to assess its historical value. It is probably Nobel Prize Winner Glenn Seaborg giving a speech. I don't own any 16 mm equipment and haven't found a place in the SF Bay Area to borrow or rent either a 16 mm viewer or a projector for a day. The film was done in 1967 and has some kind of sound I believe. Short of buying an old viewer or projector, any suggestions? Thanks, Claude Lyneis aka bhsvideodad.
