Hello. New to the forum. I've owned two Eiki projectors for about 8 years and finally have gotten around to the 16mm hobby. I ran a film through my Slimline SNT-0 today. The picture did not look like it was properly aligned. Part of the previous frame could be seen on the top third of the screen. The plate where the film travels through the light seemed to chatter unusually loud and the film's sound had a vibrating sound to it. I'm assuming something is not properly aligned. Has anyone ever experienced this? I have another projector as well NT-0 (I believe). I will be running the film through that projector later tonight to see how that projector performs.
I can always create a video if you need a closer look.

UPDATE: There was a bad set of sprocket holes that was throwing the whole thing off kilter. After investigating the print, I found the troublesome portion and spliced it out. Problem solved it appears.

Welcome to the Forum - good to hear that you don't have a projector problem! Such frames can generally be repaired, but this can be time-consuming and costly, if you use sprocket repair tape.
