Don't forget that this is a three-part unit. Projector. Speaker. Transformer.
Now, rather old, it was introduced in the late 40s by Carpenter & Richardson, London NW10, it was very similar to the American "Natco".
It had the unusual distinction of being left handed. It was gear driven and had two motors.
I haven't seen one for over fifty years, it is not a model in my collection.

The last time I saw one of these was when I was at secondary school , Charlton Central, Woolwich Road, London. in 1946! Yes it was a very heavy beast in 3 parts. Perhaps it was part of a contract supplier for the London County Council or just a one off purchase. The silent versions were at one time being sold off with GBL 516's
