What a beautiful storyline and tune.... I had tears in my eyes when she finally went home. Beautiful.... Nice work here Doug. I love the see through images of the younger girl as well. Super neat to watch that effect always. Really nice job all around.

Thank you all for the kind comments. This was a different experience than the first music video that I was the DP on (in 16mm) with The Ramones!

You have the resources to use either a steady cam or something along thoselines. When I shoot my music videos, I have to either do that "jerky camera" style (which i personally hate), or just have the camera stationary on a tripod, which does limit the range of possibilities somewhat.

Lovely work, Doug; beautiful imagery, and I love the use of superimpositions as a narrative tool. Engler's song is a nice catchy tune that sticks with you.
(I'd love to see the Ramones music video!)
