Hi all,

This film from MGM did not appear on our MGM list here.

For a kind of an experimental movie like this, I believe it is not hard to extract it below 20 minutes as a lot of scenes can be easily left behind.

Why it was not available in 400" (apart from F/L from Cineavision)? any concern from the director who did not want to have it edited?

thanks,

Winbert,

The ONLY WAY this film could come out was F/L, as Stanley Kubrick would not give permission for any extract or digest, but would allow the full film onto 8mm. It came out as a Cineavision scope print and a panned and scanned Ken Films print, both of excellent quality (for there day!).
