I know that Derann is well-respected and beloved for their years of great products and great customer service, and I've just experienced that in a nice way.
Last month's list had a used "Toy Story" trailer on it, listed in A condition, that I bought. When it arrived I discovered that it had a deep emulsion scratch (green) from one end to the other. Without hesitation Gary sent a replacement print. When I opened it from the mail yesterday, I realized it was a brand new copy, never unwound.
That was completely unnecessary and beyond the call of duty.
But greatly appreciated. :-)
