There is currently a feature-length Niles Super 8 of Hannah on Ebay.

There is also now a pretty stunning domestic (US) Blu-ray recently released from Vinegar Syndrome. It's a longer cut with just a few added seconds from the R-rated version. VS really did a nice job and the run was limited to 2000 so if you want it, I wouldn't hesitate.
