Hi all,
As I understand it, if you lock the inching knob on the rear of unit which as manual says can be a reminder where to start recording a voice over etc, but once you engage the forward play knob it should unlock. On my old Emugig 905 this is not happening. I have compared things to my S912 and I cannot see any difference, the rubber belt behiind the frame speed knob is there, the bar that moves forwards or back works as it should. Is there something else I can look for. I can get it going but winding the inching knob manually, but that doesn't sound but motor sounds very sluggish. correct, any advice welcome
