Jim...That's the point I where I described was tight, but by stretching the belt and easing the pulley and shutter over...you can get it threw.

I managed to get the belts on near the shutter I tapped on the pulley that is attached to the fan shaft and the pulley slid over 3/16" just enough to get the old belt off and the new thicker square belt, I also got the upper pulley assy. back on I'll have to take it to a guy here in Minneapolis who can fine tune it, it runs but not all the time, rewind the same the new belts are probably to blame.
