I do in fact have it, it's a 200ft release, approximately 5 or so minutes long, including some of the dance number preceeding it and then the song. The reel ends with the song ending during the "The End" credits from the original feature documentary ...
... and it was in fact taken from that Marilyn Documentary from 1963, but I would swear to it that it isn't "true cinemascope" If it was in fact shot specifically in cinemascope, I honestly don't think that THAT specific footage has ever been seen yet, documentary or not.
By the way, it was printed on L.P.P. film stock, but the original source material/negative has a slight fade, which doesn't help, as the number is largely a pink/red hue to the color.
