I have an opportunity to pick up 3 8mm units for 1.00 each 2are B&H,and the other is a sears the sears and one b&h have variable speed if anybody is I. Need of an 8mm unit let me know the Sears unit has a bad cord so not sure if it even works the 256 runs well and the b&h needs a new lamp and some lubricating.

Jim, thanks for the B & H 256 projector. The unit is running great, very quiet. Also a big thanks for the bulb conversion you did. No more expensive lamps for this projector. Thanks again.
