He is well known to be a "live-dictionary" for 8mm. When the Internet was still new and 8mm maniacs (movie makers) were circulating only at a few website, he was happy to answer personally any question regarding 8mm.

But since I no longer make 8mm films, I never visited the other 8mm forum except this (only a few time to shooting.com). So is he still around?

he was still around approx. 6 months ago without a word of "retiring" ...
