You find a old dirty metal film can. While Cleaning and Polishing it, a Magic Genie appears! [Eek!] He grants you one wish from these choices: 1)Your very own Bond Girl 2)All of Doug M's film collection 3)A job at a Movie Studio of your choosing in the past 4)Your own Film Company like Derann or Red Fox Films 5)A Date with any Actor or Actress now living or dead
Which one shall the Genie make come true for you?

I think I would ask for the power to "heal" damaged prints,
remove scratches etc and restore colour to the afflicted, then they
could name a day after me, like Hughsday, comes after Monday and before Wednesday.

Five wishes......

1) I'm already married to my "Bond Girl" and have been for 28 years....
2) Doesn't seem fair to deprive Doug M of his film collection.....
3) Wouldn't want a job at a film studio ....wouldn't mind owning one though...
4) Not enough "customers" now to make a go if it, unlike in Derann's heyday.....
5) I have a "date" every day of the year with my very own "superstar"....

I'd also like Doug's film collection.........oh!

Can you imagine working at Mutual Studios in 1916 when Chaplin made the "Mutual 12"? Or at UFA with Lang & Murnau? Or at Universal in the 1930's and 40's? How about MGM in the 50's? That would be amazing!

Doug

I'd prefer the Genie instead, but only if we're talking Barbara Eden 1970 or earlier....

@Steve: With or without her Belly Button showing? [Smile]
And she still looks good after all these years!

@Doug: How about working at Hal Roach Studios in the 20s & 30s?

With!

When I was 6 or 7 my favorite part of "I Dream of Jeannie" was the cartoon at the beginning...then my teens came along.

I remember she gave Major Nelson a pool and when he was done swimming she put his back yard back to normal again instantly, yet he made her wait about 4 seasons before he married her.

-what an idiot!

Joe.
1/Dont think my little heart could cope with a Bond girl now [Eek!]
2/ Doug wont let them go [Smile]
3/ Quite like the idea of being a 10 year old tea boy at a film studio
4/ Pass

5/ Yes it will have to be this one, an evening meal and chat with Bela Lugosi followed a screening of Devil Bat on a Eumig projector. [Big Grin]
