just been let down again on a delivery to me. seller sent an item to me express 24 hour. waited in all day and nothing. on speaking to customer service i can only describe their service as abysmal. how on earth does a company like this still operate with such a dire attitude

don't use them Paul, royal mail/parcelforce are shocking and sending via recorded delivery can be a waste of time as most of the time they shove the item through the letter box without getting a signature, then when you look on royal mail's website it just say's "your item is being progressed through our system for delivery", I use Hermes personally.

UPS is not cheap, but I find to be very reliable.

I was in UK last week and have sent a 15kg parcel with one day service via UPS for £7.50. This is very cheap Maurice.

The max weight that the UPS will take for the same cost was until 20kg. This was even cheaper than in Indonesia.

The parcel was delivery exactly a day and we can trace it hour by hours.

Hi Thomas, I agree Hermes aren't great but at least when you are sending parcels if one gets lost they refund you within 1 week, royal mail it's 6 months if you are lucky. Let's be honest they are all rubbish.
