I've just returned from a great week in a large Scottish Manor House with my family and friends and was able to screen films in one of the larger lounge rooms, what fun was had by all!
Many thanks to Colin Edwards who very generously allowed me to use his print of Malta Story, a title I'd been unable to unearth anywhere else!
I also screened THE MUMMY (1999), ALADDIN, A BUGS LIFE and JURASSIC PARK all with video synched audio and LOUD too!!
This leads me to post another thread on here, how about we record the problems encountered with synching video masters to Super 8mm prints (assuming the print being used is 'new' and complete) we note for each other any footage missing from either the Super 8mm or Video or DVD versions.
I'll start then!
