Wonder how many prints of Dancing in the street went out. Hope it did well, these little music prom's are always good for a starter,
Wonder what other good ones could be thought of for release, one that springs to mind for me would be Bryan Adams everything i do from the Kevin Costner Robin Hood film, the video was the group playing inter cut with a generous helping of clips from the movie. Some good sequences to if i remember the music video well.

For something in that line, the 'Goldeneye' theme song - available from Classic HC - is pretty good. Another one I was thinking of getting is 'Another Brick in the Wall' available from Derann. Has anyone got this? I'm presuming it's the animated 'video'?

I think Derann did the "Buggles" video "Radio Killed The Videostar" a few years back, don't know if it's still in their catalogue, but used prints sometimes come up.

I do have the pink floyd film, it is the original video to the song with the animation and is pretty good, sound is good and the pic is also pretty good though a little sparkly for the first part.
Both this and the buggles video,(which is reconised by most music channals as the first pop video) are both still availible from Derann.

Someone should release videos directed by Michael Gondry on super-8. Pretty much every one is total genius, would be really nice to have any one on s8. He did the White Stripes LEGO video and pretty much every other good music video of recent years that wasn't made by Chris Cunningham or Spike Jonze! [Smile]

Cunningham's terrifying aphex twin 'come to daddy' video would make a great s8 release too actually...
