Fleischer, I think - Has to do with orphans crying because they feel Santa neglected them, so old man creates toys out of coffee pots and such - Music was 'Christmas Comes But Once A Year', I think it was - Was this on 8mm, DVD or VHS

This was one of the "Grampy" cartoons directed by Dave Fleisher in 1936 and was called "Christmas comes but once a year". It was one of Perry's Movies releases a few years ago and does turn up on dealers used film lists and ebay from time to time. Being "Public Domain" it also turns up on vintage cartoon compilation DVDs along with "Rudolph the red nosed reindeer" etc. As with all of these classic Fleisher cartoons it has a catchy theme song that stays in your head and drives you mad.
