Hi folks. Does anyone know if any trailers of the Miss Marple films, the older black and white ones, ever made it onto super 8 as I would like to try and get hold of some if they were ever done. Thanks.

Lee,the short answer is No.I take it you are refereing to the Marget Ruterford movies made by MGM British Dept. back in the 1960's?16mm maybe.Andy.

Hi Lee,
Many of the Margaret Rutherford Miss Marple films were released on 16mm. A few months ago, three of them were advertised on eBay, and I just missed out on them to a friend of mine in Wiltshire. Apparently they were all in first class condition. I think he paid around £150 each for them, but I can't be sure.
Certainly not aware of anything in either Standard 8 or Super 8.

on ebay germany a seller offers a 16mm print of a Miss Marple film with Margaret Rutherford "Der Wachsblumenstrauß" (Murder at the Gallop). But the price is very high 350,00 EURO.
