Hi,
finally got a dual guage Eumig 810d for standard 8. On the take up arm there is a spindle that the reel fits on, on this machine it is the thinner type sleeve, not sure what it's called, I guess I need to get the thicker type sleeve which did not come with it, can I get some type of adapter or indeed a new sleeve to replace the existing one?, any advice appreciated,
Colin

Colin, any reel adapter will do the trick, though it's nice to have the Eumig sleeve because it snaps in place. Or, use true standard 8 reels with the smaller 3/16" hole.

Thanks for your advice and for your kind offer Dino, I have sent you an E-mail. One of the small reels has the smaller diameter hole but the rest are the larger type - Colin
