I actually said to Phil S at Ealing in May that I'd welcome a T4 trl, so I'll definitely be 'putting my money where my mouth is'. Trailers for all the other Terminator films were released on 8, so it will be great to complete the set.

I'm looking forward to putting something so up to date through the projector; you can't beat it for surprising non-collectors in the audience!

Hi-

Two days before Christmas, what I got in the mail:

1. Star Trek trailer (newest 2009 release) scope/stereo
2. Revenge of the Sith trailer scope/stereo
3. yellow Submarine trailer

What a treat! I had ordered them from Steve Osborne/Reel Image a while ago, before they were actually available, so it was a pleasant surprise. I think they are CHC release, then Mr. Osborne has someone (Lance I think) record a stereo track. Its such a pleasure to buy films through Steve/Reel Image, as I don't have to do the "follow-ups" that sometimes come with purchasing overseas.

About the quality-

Contents: GGGGGreat! I watched each one twice in a row, they are THAT GOOD!

Image: Perfect colors on all three. Beautiful sharpness. Maybe a little grain on Star Trek, but still nice.

Sound: yellow Submarine-sound was very good. Star Trek-sound was a little low, and maybe too bassy, but acceptable, with great stereo separation. Revenge of the Sith........Totally knocked me out of the chair! Seriously, if ALL new releases could have sound this clear and powerful, no one would be complaining about soundtracks AT All.

So, here's hoping that the German labs have found the right formula for the magnetic sound tracks (since these are brand new releases).

James.
