With CineSea 7 fast approaching, I've edited a video that (I hope) shows the fun collectors had at the previous Wildwood gathering. I brought my video camera, Claus Harding used his iPhone and Steve Klare shot Tri-X on his Minolta XL-401s.
I hope you enjoy watching it and feel free to pass the link around.

Shorty,
You were sorely missed. At the show, at the dinner....Blackhawk & Castle Films questions went unanswered, Gary Crawford had no one to do voice impressions with and many attendees asked for you. I'm so glad your knowledge and good spirits will be at CineSea 7, especially since you and John started the whole thing.

Douglas that was an awsome short you made! It really captures the atmosphere of the Cinesea. I wasn't going to be able to make this one (its me & the wife's 31st anniversary). But now I've just GOT to find a way to do it!!

What a great video, I was going to attend this April but my travel plans have been put forward several weeks! Hope you all have a great weekend!

Steve,
Thanks again for bringing your Minolta.
Graham,
Thank you and you got the point of the event....just to have fun with old & new friends.
James,
If you do come I hope you make it to your 32nd anniversary!
Patrick,
Sorry to hear about your change of plans, however please let me know when you'll be on the east coast.
.
A huge thank you to Lou F. for making these shows possible, and also to our returning dealers and participants. You're the reason CineSea is such an enjoyable experience!

Hey All,
I wish I could attend, but have been out of work for a few months. I will be going for some job interviews this week, and hope to go to the one in the fall if possible. Sorry to hear about Martin Phelan, and I just got one of Jay's new batch of The Blackhawk Films tee shirt too.

I've always been impressed with Gary Sloan's method of unspooling the first few feet of a reel to examine a print (at 2:45 of the video). Nice technique!

Man, I so envy you folks heading to the Cinesea! I hope that it will still be up and running by the time I and my family can go!
